Our Story
The firm we wished we had access to as operators.
The three founders of RK Pinnacle met during their Bachelor of Commerce (International Business & Accounting) program and spent the following years working across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
In every market, they observed the same pattern. Small business owners were making critical financial decisions based on outdated, incomplete, or incomprehensible information — paying for bookkeeping that arrived weeks late, from providers they could never reach, in formats that raised more questions than they answered.
RK Pinnacle was built to be the opposite. Certified, cloud-native, multi-country, and built on the belief that clean books delivered on time is not a luxury — it is the baseline every business deserves.

Managing Partner — Canada & USA
Rohit spent five years in public accounting before leaving to build what he wished his small-business clients had access to. He holds a CPA designation and led the firm's QuickBooks Online and multi-entity practice from inception.
He oversees all Canadian and US client engagements, with a particular focus on e-commerce, professional services, and multi-country compliance. His philosophy: a finance function should remove decisions from an owner's plate, not add them.

Managing Partner — UK & Compliance
Kavya trained with a mid-market advisory firm in London and spent three years navigating HMRC's Making Tax Digital transition alongside small business clients who had no idea it was coming. She joined RK Pinnacle to change that.
She leads all UK client relationships and the firm's compliance calendar infrastructure across all four jurisdictions — the system that ensures no client ever misses a filing deadline, regardless of country.

Priya built her career in financial reporting and management accounting across Melbourne and Sydney, working with businesses ranging from single-location hospitality operators to 30-person manufacturing firms.
